Occupational safety in Luxembourg

The employer is obliged to ensure the safety and health of employees in all work-related areas. To this end, it is the employer's responsibility to take all necessary measures to protect the safety and health of employees, including information, training and prevention of risks at work, as well as the establishment of a safety-oriented organization. (Art. L. 312-1. and Art. L. 312-2 of the Labor Code).
